All items listed for sale on our website are in used condition unless otherwise stated and are original items; we do not supply copied or pirated items.

ITEM CONDITION GUIDELINES

Preowned items can vary in condition; here at Snake Bite Music we have compiled a simple grading system. Regardless of condition each item purchased is guaranteed to work; in the event where an item is received and is proven to be faulty we have a no quibble refund/replacement policy.

Used (Excellent) – The item is in excellent condition throughout with no signs of wear and would be suitable for presenting as a gift.

Used (Very Good) – The item is in very good condition and well-cared-for it has been played but remains in great condition.

Used (Good) – The item is in good condition and shows wear from consistent use, but remains in good condition.

Used (Fair) – The item is in fair condition and as such has been used and is fairly worn but continues to work perfectly.

All items come in their original packaging complete with inserts and manual/booklet unless otherwise stated.

New items will either be sealed or unsealed this will be stated in the item description.

This is just a simple guideline as to item condition and each item is graded accordingly before being listed, this is undertaken in a fair and unjust manner, and is by no means binding.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

Currently we accept payments by paypal, nochex and uncrossed postal order, international buyers we only accept GBP.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

UK - 1 to 3 working days.
Europe and Southern Ireland - 5 to 7 working days.
Rest of the World - 7 to 14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: These delivery times are approximate and do not include delays due to national holidays. Royal Mail considers an item lost or stolen after 15 working days in the UK and after 25 working days on international deliveries.

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

If you receive the wrong item or if the product you receive is faulty, you may return the item to us for a direct replacement or a full refund.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Contact Us ASAP where we will advise you of the proper return instructions (return instructions may vary depending on product purchased) for the product purchased also advising if a refund/replacement is required.

We will respond to your notification by email within 24 hrs and will provide you with the proper return instructions, please do not return an item until you have received the correct returns procedure from us.

REFUNDS

We will refund the shipping costs for an item returned to us if it is the result of an error on our part or a product is proven to be faulty. In these cases we will refund you reasonable return shipping costs for regular mail delivery to us.

If we are unable to replace your item a full refund will be issued, refunds are issued in the same way that the item was paid for (if paid by PayPal then refund will be issued by PayPal).

Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled, if you wish to cancel an order and the item has been shipped then you can refuse to accept delivery and the item will be returned to us at no extra cost to yourself. In these cases the item must be returned to us where the packaging is intact and has not been opened, on these occasions only the cost of the item will be refunded and not any postage paid for.

If the packaging has been opened then no refund will be given.
